Project Controls Consulting

The Implementation Phase consists of the Planning, Design, Development and Delivery of the Project Control System. Runding's experienced team ensures all sections of the Implementation Phase are executed thoroughly.

Planning and Management

A successful implementation must have a detailed project plan and strong management to ensure that the Client's objectives are achieved and the solution is delivered on time and within budget. It takes leadership and commitment to keep the implementation focused and moving toward its objectives. Runding has the methodology and tools to manage the time, money and details of a large Project Controls effort and a team with the right experience and skills to carry it through.

System Design

During Systems Design each element is detailed to a level sufficient to build that component in Proliance. It is very important that the designs are fully developed, vetted and understood by the business to ensure that the business objectives are met and functional gaps are avoided. Runding makes sure all the design pieces fit together properly. Our extensive use of visual tools and detailed process documents eliminate any potential gaps and help us deliver the optimum solution.

Development

Development is the building of the system components in accordance with the design documents. During this time it is important that schedules are kept, emerging issues are quickly resolved, and the work is of a high quality. Runding's experience ensures the system is built meeting all these requirements.

Delivery

Taking
a system live and gaining end user acceptance takes good planning and a solid support network. Utilizing our checklists, planning tools and resources, Runding can help ensure success by making sure all systems are prepared and up to the challenge. Additionally, Runding can provide training services, place resources onsite for close support during the vital rollout period and provide a remote support network for virtually all support functions.
