The Runding Quick Start Program has been developed to get new Proliance Clients up and running quickly by maximizing the utilization of the Proliance® Starter Pack design.
Runding will meet with the Client to analyze their processes and then design a solution that is as close as possible to the Proliance Starter Pack and meets the Client's needs. Office Business Applications (OBAs) and Cognos reports that are part of the Starter Pack will be discussed and modified to meet the usability and reporting needs of the end-users.
Throughout the implementation and post go-live the Client will have access to Runding's knowledge base that contains the specifics for their implementation and usage of Proliance.
