General Services Administration (GSA) provides centralized procurement for the federal government, offering billions of dollars’ worth of products, services, and facilities that federal agencies need to serve the public.

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) was managing a large andcomplex portfolio of capital projects across multiple regions and programs, buttheir existing system (Proliance) was no longer meeting their needs.
They lacked:
GSA selected Kahua as their new project management platform andpartnered with Runding to lead implementation, integration, and customization.
Runding:
This work directly led to the development of Runding’s rSchedule app,created to meet GSA’s scheduling needs within the platform.
Runding helped GSA consolidate data from other systems in Kahua via thedeveloped integrations. GSA’s previous PMIS system had no meaningfulintegration and required manual processes to sync only some of their data toother systems. Once integrated, they had access to master data that helped thembetter track, tag, and sort Kahua records throughout the system; integrationwith their budget and cost systems gave them visibility and clear projectmanagement
